Join NYSHFA | NYSCAL for part two of our Risk Management Webinar Series: Workplace Risks in Long Term Care: Avoiding Claims & Strengthening Compliance. Our presenter will provide an overview of the most common types of Employment claims in the NYS Long Term Care. We will review organizational best practices and risk management strategies to reduce exposures. Our speaker will also delve into Federal and NYS statistical data, average settlement outcomes and its impact on employment related insurances.
