Effectively managing conflict is a critical skill in Adult Homes, or any healthcare setting, and proper documentation plays a key role in ensuring transparency, compliance, and improved outcomes. This interactive webinar, led by a former Department of Health professional, will provide essential strategies for reducing conflict, de-escalating tense situations, and developing appropriate documentation.

Attendees will gain practical techniques for identifying the early signs of conflict and applying de-escalation methods to prevent situations from escalating further.
