Description CMS Compliance Group’s Kelly Hellberg, MS, RD, CDN presents a comprehensive leadership development workshop tailored for Nutrition Directors and dietary professionals in post-acute and long-term care settings. This multi-module program is designed to enhance regulatory understanding, promote ethical practices, and reinforce the critical role of nutrition services in resident-centered care. Participants will engage with key operational and clinical topics, including regulatory requirements, therapeutic diets and menu planning, leadership and staff management and a review of key recent survey citations. This workshop is ideal for Nutrition Directors seeking to elevate their leadership capabilities while maintaining compliance and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
