• Understand the most frequently cited Health and Life Safety Code issues identified during surveys in New York in 2025
• Recognize Immediate Jeopardy triggers and receive guidance on how to prevent these issues
• Stay ahead of regional trends by learning Area Office specific “hot topics” that could influence surveyor focus and their next survey’s outcome
