Description Kurt Bratten, a Partner with O’Connell and Aronowitz, will present regarding the State’s Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) process, including its various requirements and how best to manage this process with minimal disruption to your operation and hiring process. This webinar will review the entire process from the Authorized Person to who is subject to the CHRC to the Employment Determination process. The presentation will review various best practices regarding facility policy, record retention, supervision of and communication with temporary employees, and how to resolve complex scenarios involving pending CHRC denials and subsequent arrest notifications.
