Description This webinar will discuss both recent and historical OMIG audit activity of Assisted Living Programs and will include typical audit disallowances, updated/revised provider documentation, sampling and extrapolation issues, batch billing, missing and/or destroyed documentation, and the significant risk of requesting a hearing to challenge the audit. We will also discuss the OMIG’s Health Worker Bonus Program Audits. Are ALP Home Health Aides eligible for the bonus? Also to be covered are the legal obligations for entities that appear at an ALP to review resident records.
